Busy lifestyle is a part of every human beings. We all have to race like a machine to keep up the pace of life and achieve all our goals. But the fact  is that even a machine needs timely fuel and maintenance. Similarly, is our body  too.

The actual fuel of human being are :
  • Proper nutrition - carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
  • Healthy habits - eating well, good sleep, stress management, yoga, exercise etc.
Benefits of proper nutrition :  
  • It helps to fulfill daily nutritional requirement of the body. (Carbohydrates, proteins , fats, vitamins and minerals)

  • It reduces the risk of some diseases including heart diseases, diabetes, kidney failure, cancer, etc.
  • It helps to regulate hypertension [High B.P.]
  • It helps to regulate body weight as with low or high calorie diets.
  • It helps in overall wellbeing  of the person.

Achieving the balanced nutrition in the body, eating well and maintaining the healthy habits needs concentration and dedication. But in our busy lifestyle, it sometimes becomes difficult to achieve, time consuming and unaffordable at times. In such situation, many of us prefers to go for medicines or supplements as first choice. But looking at the benifits of proper nutrition and healthy habits this small challanges can be easily overcomed. 

Prescribed drugs or supplements are basically chemicals and have its own positive and negative effects. Whereas proper nutrition, on the other hand, contributes both in preventing and curing disease. Sometimes nutrition along with prescribed drugs together helps in correcting a disease for a long term effect.

Proper nutrition works as natural therapy for both inner and outer existence of our body. This fuel is very essential and indispensable part of our day to day life. It needs to be timely poured in and should not go unnoticed. Its carelessnesswill be an open invitation to many health related problems in future.To avoid this, we all must contribute our best to maintain with nutritional and healthy lifestyle habits to stay fit, away from diseases and supplements. This inturns will result in extension of our life qualitatively.
